Moving parts, like the fan and hard drive, are subject to wear and tear. Thanks to the FlashCard as a storage medium and the fan-less technology, the dialog panels have a considerably longer life. 

The modular architecture holds many options open for the future. Should additional needs and wishes arise, the replacement or addition of components is simple.
