Our HomeCockpit software is very user friendly, equipped with comprehensive assistants and comes with a well-organized instruction manual where everything is clearly described and depicted. If you would nevertheless still like to have further assistance, than you can take advantage of our RemoteSupport. A HomeCockpit expert logs onto your panel directly via remote access (regardless of any firewalls). With the appropriate preparations, we can take care of the standard settings for you, for the video intercom and cameras for example, in about 15 minutes.
